They seem to both have pano roofs (according to the Auto Trader adverts) but neither appear to have a heated steering wheel. I used to think such things were unnecessary but I wouldn’t be without mine. Prices have gone a bit bonkers since I bought mine. I’d want full Lavalina at that price…

Personally, I believe that B5 values, Touring versions in particular, will remain relatively strong for some time. I think what has happened to mine might be more to do with the cars history than a defect as such. BMW/Alpina have thus far been brilliant in their response.
