Sold it last night and took a deposit

So far I've spent almost 1000 on transporting the vehicle between garages and diagnostics and no where else wanted the job. Inspite of how much I love the car I'm running out of time and money. I've been offered 4000 on ebay and will probably take that. Truly heart braking.

Seems the injectors all nee replacing as they have been damaged and both fuel pumps have metal filings in them. He thinks the engine needs to come out to replace the fuel pump. So.... the saga continues. The current garage have said the fuel pump is the problem. Seems no one wants the job either. A diesel specialist has quoted 1200 to change the pump inc VAT and labour. He has however said there is a chance that the fuel pump has broken up inside ad if so it will need new ...

Its the first time I've regretted buying it in 3 years!
Sadly both of those places are too far away. I'm in the Midlands.

So, the garage are trying a solenoid, failing that it's the high pressure fuel pump which they won't do. Tried my local indy, he won't do it either and have recommended a diesel specialist in Swadlincote.
Anyone any experience having a high pressure fuel pump replaced?

So the rear shocks are getting tired on my 2011 E91 D3 BT.
Has anyone any experience of the Bilstein B4 vs B6 shocks? B4 seem to be OEM replacement and B6 an upgrade.

Diagnostic check shows O2 sensor positive current control circuit/open bank1 sensor1.
Any one know what part no this is and where it is?

I have a D3 Bi-Turbo Which has just started to tell me it has low oil and needs topping up. I've checked the dipstick and it is almost at max?
Any one had similar experience?
Only thing I can find online is for models with no dipstick?
