sorry to drag up old topic, can anyone elaborate on the above, had my e92 b3 from sytner for a couple of weeks now and when warm it makes a tappy clatter noise on idle. performs and drives fine, just sounds like a diesel or worse when putting away at night each evening! car is a 2007 with only 24000...
