For its age, the price looks high next to this ... https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-detail ... 3267995340 (which actully looks cheap compared to other LCI D3 S tourings).

First I'd seen of it.Grumpyjohn1957 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2024 8:50 pmSome one got a bargain. Priced to sell, despite the mileage. Has it been hanging around dealers or first time offered?

Re: Hello from a Hopeful Future Owner
Hi Nick, I am considering selling my F31 D3. Not sure of what I'll be asking when the time comes, but alas it will be more than £15K. When buying wouldn't be too focused on a specific year (you mentioned 2016), rather buy on condition and history.

Deco - Yes/No?
The side decos are slightly cracked in a few places on my D3; only noticable close up. So I'm considering removing entirely. What is the best way to do this? Will there be evidence of them having been there? (Alpina Blue paint in good condition, but nine years old) How does the market view Alpina's ...

Re: D5 NOx emissions / ULEZ
Would be nice to think we could get the later software flashed into the ECU and then re certified as compliant... (If the ECU calibration is the only difference) Even if you could flash the ECU with the later software, the problem is you'd need a Certificate of Conformity from the manufacturer to p...

Re: F30 B3 biturbo 352 - thinking of selling
66K miles according to the advert.
One could look at what M3 saloons are priced at for similar year and milage, then add on an Alpina premium (anyone's guess).
Do you pay monthly towards the warranty or was if a one off payment for a year? Either way, what adoes the warranty cost?

Re: Alpina G31 D5s Brakes
The stock brake discs are BMW parts (long part number) from your local BMW dealer. The perfomance/perforated discs are Alpina parts (short part number). These can also be ordered via a BMW dealer (not Alpina directly), but you need to prefix the Alpina part number with "9147" e.g. 91 47 34 11 701 Ho...
