Re: Extending a Vehicles Warranty

Yes, I pay by direct debit as if the contract is broken it cannot be reinstated. I have to say to be fair I think it went up by 5 pounds per month this time around. But my view if that as long as I have had more in return that I have paid in premiums I am ahead. Its kind of strange but I was almost ...

How much have I paid - around 18k over 10 years, how much have I had back? 31K of warranty work, plus this year a new Sup...

Re: DVLA Very Slow.......... Dam COVID

Once again ( Yes we know it will invalidate the insurance) its not too difficult so see why people do not front up problems. If for example you had never told them and then been cleared it is possible you would be driving now? I am not suggesting you should, or saying it is ethical or legal, I was s...

Re: Who Should Advise UK Insurers About Alpinas?

I cant imagine that the franchisee Sytner would have any responsibility for advising insurers about models. I guess the database of vehicles is held by the individual Insurance provider or their brokers? But on the basis there are fairly small numbers of ALPINA vehicles of all models it does not par...

Re: D4 Bi Turbo

No problem, we could not believe we actually saw one in our region that we had not seen before. Not that there are many generally around. Re: DVLA Very Slow.......... Dam COVID

You might write to them, enclosing a letter of clearance to drive from your consultant or Doctor. Due to extraordinary circumstances the normal protocol you might claim does not apply and that and temporary suspension of you valid licence is now null and void. Re: D5 Suspect History?

I meant I bought a car for 500 pounds and the previous owner had sadly passed away. I would not wish death, injury or harm to anyone.
