There's a firm that does powder coating,can't remember the name of them but their first building on the left as you exit the roundabout into Foxhills estate hap.
I've had a few things done there but not wheels and what I've had done has been spot on.

I too have never kerbed the wheels and i think i'm correct in saying that (Michelin tyres deffo) most tyres now have a raised lip around the tyre wall for just this reason so unless you go in hard there shouldn't be any damage.

Don't know about fitment but in my experience copy panels never fit well.
I've just had my nearside sill renewed with oem parts on my E39 but if you
go down that route you have to buy the ''C'' pillar as well plus they aren't a stock item.

There was a member on here who had the same problem and if i recall came up with a way of fixing them but i can't remember who it was.Maybe another member will point you in the right direction or ,failing that try a search on here.

Looks like a bargain if they are straight. Not sure I like the change of colour though. We got a couple of refurbed rears given us when we bought the B3. Still in the boxes.
