Alas, you've lost me too. Car sold yesterday.

Thanks for the advice etc over the years guys, and at least I managed to get to one meet.

May be back in an Alpina in the future, who knows. Have to see how things go.

Best wishes to you all,

Jonathan

If suppliers can make more margin on a product, they will. There's no incentive for them to reduce prices unless demand dries up. Business is business, it never is and never will be "fair". The old adage that something is worth what someone is willing to pay for it holds true here. Not saying I agre...

Re: Well, that's me screwed......

not a good time of year to be out of work - I hope your situation gets better as soon as possible. Oh I'm not out of work, just not getting paid. Not going into too much detail, it's the family firm, and some bean-counters at the people that are supposed to be paying us commission have introd...

Sorry to hear of your troubles... I hope the B3 finds a good home! Mark Thanks Mark. I'd really, really like it to go to an enthusiast, as I've looked after it meticulously, and would like it to be looked after in the future. As to my woes, it's not great, but it's all relative. I'm still better of...

Well, that's me screwed......

Unfortunately, after not being paid for the last two months, the B3 has to go. This is a bit of a pisser, as I've recently had the front spoiler resprayed, the alloys refurbed and the piping on the seats touched up. Oh, and an Inspection 2 about 10 miles ago. She's just getting the point where...

Got to say, that Alpina blue with a pale interior looks stunning, and would be my colour choice for a new B3 coupe.

Just need to make about £45k on horse racing. Hmmm.

Ah, dreams don't cost anything. :D

I only think it looks really good on the Bangled cars, the new 5 and 3 in particular.

I firmly believe my e46 would look dire with stripes.

It is all down to personal taste though.

Congrats. Very nice looking car.

All these new cars. Will have to get to one of the meets soon, so I can see them in the flesh.

I'm a week in to Alpina ownership and loving it although I am getting paranoia about leaving my B10 anywhere for some reason! You need a decent tracking system that you can: - dial up from your mobile and get street level mapping by text back to you in less than 10 seconds - go on the computer and ...

No I'm not a pro or anything, just a kid with a camera. 8) Thanks for the compliments everyone! I guess you need something to keep you occupied in Minnesota. :) Seriously though, you have talent. Anywhere near the Twin Cities? I was there in August for a wedding. Yes, I actually live two miles from...

Don't get me started.

"your" for "you're", and such classics as using "of" instead of "have". "Should of", "would of" "could of" etc.

I feel better now. :D
