Hi Barry, It is possible to remove the bumper as one unit however I've never actually done it myself, but as you can see from the current picture below of mine, the bodyshop has done just that, the Alpina section on mine was sealed on to the BMW bumper back in 2008 (that was by a BMW dealers in hous...

A little bit of lube on the o-rings helps with fitment both on the lock covers and the centre caps as well, I've had the generation 1 version of the Horsham Forge cover tool for years and I wouldn't be without it, takes the stress off the key and you as you no longer have to worry that the keys twis...

Well if it is the head gasket then have a look at the thread about mine when it started weeping at the back of the block on the 3.2 engine, which is the same bore size as your 3.3 as you can see from the head gasket part number below, (your additional capacity comes from a longer stroke crankshaft),...
