The price will be dependant on quantity - I can see two in need of this part on this thread - which economically is not viable. Any one else interested?
It might be worth starting a separate thread Rav highlighting what is a solution to a common problem?

Hum - I could 3D print a small batch of these and even improve how the 'clip' in place to avoid future losses.

Just an idea?
Rav, if you can, yes please. Mine has also gone walkabout. Let me know a price please.

That's a good price Rav. I paid about the same from FMW just under 3 years a go.

Re: Movement

I remember years ago on the wife’s 106 I would have layed a months wages on a rear wheel bearing noise only to find it was a front one. Some noises must just resonate to different areas. I had the same on a Fiesta I owned only the other way round. Changed the front and expected the noise to be gone...

Re: What did you do in your ALPINA today?

Trying to find a economical way to return my B3 suspension back to as close to factory standard as possible. I am starting to tire of the coil overs the car came fitted with. Frank at FMW has suggested: https://www.fmw-tuning.de/bmw/3er-e46/e46-alpina-teile/alpina-fahrwerk-fe-bmw-3er-e46-limousine-...

Re: Working on your car

When renewing my shocks and springs I did the work myself using Alpina parts. It is a reasonably straightforward job if you have the tools. I would advise spraying the nuts and bolts etc that need removing with WD40 or similiar several times a few weeks before attempting the work. Engine work I leav...

On the last failed MOT the tester clearly doesn't realise there are 2 VIN numbers but 10 days and 33 miles later on the pass MOT there are more advisories mentioned.

Re: Alpina B10 3.3 No 47

Bob Thanks for posting up the link I’ve set the reserve at 5k but I don’t think it will reach that, will just have to wait and see. It’s got rust and needs painting but the mechanics are all good, if it doesn’t sell I’ll probably end up getting it all sorted. For the price quoted for the work to be...
