| Review: | 12,290 miles / 13 months later and Alp pays a visit to Sytners
Things work out pretty expensive as the Alp needs a new front set of discs (£135.05). The service itself cost £170.83 which is pretty steep for what is essentially an oil service.
On top of that I needed a few things to keep the car in top condition. New reg plates (£25.65), Replacement fog light, thanks to me smashing it at Donnington (£83.70) and a replacement parking bulb - this is somewhat of a relief as the car has been telling me every time your switch on and off for a month or so ! (£11.46)
Total Price came to £426.70 ouch !
Sytner also confirmed I definitely need new rear tyres. They also quoted me £285 !! so definitely buying them from Micheldever (see other ourthoughts).
My service intervals have therefore been 12,694 and 12,290
= average of 12.5k. Both times the car was running with 1 light left on the service indicator, so not sure how many more miles could have been done. | |
