Work on the new Hormone Replacement Therapy car looked to be in trouble, with only a cardboard cutout of the Toyota roller they thought they were buying with the leftover paella and tapas the 4 drivers found down the back of the motorhome seats on the way home from Abu Dhabi

A company spokesman for Red Bull confirmed today that they would have to cut back the 2011 budget for their second F1 team, Toro Rosso.
"However these accusations that the cars are merely a mobile road block to hold up Ferrari and McLaren are bang out of order!!!"

The new rules for the 2011 season have led to some confusion at Scuderia Torro Rosso with their 'fresh out of the box' racer revealed to the scrutineers.
