Hello, another newbie here I am the proud owner of the e46 B3s #058 that I found on this site. I have found there is space under boot floor for a space saver but it is missing. I would like to replace this but would like to know if a 16†is ok or do I need the m3 17?

Just had a look in the boot - confirms what Hap thought - it's a 17 rim with Conti Tyre.
Always worth a check on realoem to see what would have been factory fit using your BMW VIN (the one crossed out on the strut mount).
Hope that helps,
Mike

A full 18 inch wheel fits in there instead of a space saver if you want. I've been lucky and picked up a matching alpina alloy as a spare. You have to take out some trim but she fits just fine.
