Full Deco Stripe Set Question

Post by james158 » Mon Nov 05, 2018 8:19 pm

I am looking at adding a full Gold Deko Set to my B3. I have spoken to Sytner who said the full set is front bumper and sides which is what I want but does that include the ALPINA lettering on the front bumper? At the moment they are body coloured.

Cheers James

Sytner sell each part of the kit seperately eg a left hand splitter stripe, and a right hand: 2 part numbers. The Alpina lettering is supplied on another part number.

Thanks for that, they quoted a full set at £280 + VAT but I was told the order would have to be placed through my local dealer and the last couple of times I have ordered Alpina stuff through them it has been a nightmare. Hence wanting the clarification. The full set must include the lettering, Bumper stripes and the side stripes. They didn't break it down into different part numbers though.

I will check the part catalogue and see what they say.

Cheers

The full set does include the lettering for the front spoiler. Probably cheaper from FMW in Germany or try alloy wheels direct as well.

Thanks Phil, I will try both of those.

Does anyone know roughly the prices of the sets that Simon does. I have sent a PM but haven’t heard anything. Feel free to PM

Don’t mind waiting if there is saving and would like to support a forum member.

Thanks James

That's odd: I purchased a front kit for my B3S after a bumper refinish and got the parts I wanted as separate part numbers! Perhaps as a full kit, they supply a job lot of part numbers as one overall item. If so, I'd reckon it includes the front logo kit.
