Sadly not, Arit. It was already clearly stated by BMW that only body parts are covered by the 12 year anti-corrosion, and badges etc are not covered.shaziman wrote:BMW should supply all new badging as part of the warranty, they did this for our mini coupe, mini badge, Cooper and SD were all replaced as part of a corrosion repair under the number plate.
With the exception of the boot hatch frame itself, all original parts are refitted, so I'll ensure that they have in hand all my new badging, plus the new bits already on the car itemised for refitting.
If the car was under 3 years old, they'd cover the badges too, but not at 7.
