Nice car but we need to see some pics of the extended leather interior and the seats The Ebay ad is crying out for it
Also more details of what and when was done re servicing especially asking top dollar for it

It's a very nice example
As ali said if u can list the dates of each service and what it had done and where
Recent work such as rear disc pads and work done at Cpc
Pists heads is a cheap option to advertise and wider on your audience
Is it running on michillin tyres? As much as u can
Even dates and miles of each mot
Doing this certainly will stop time wasters and concentrate on genuine enquires
Hope your situation improves

Cheers for the pics.
The google link showed 11 pictures
A potential purchaser will want to see nice pictures of the seats and side bolsters and a few non blurry interior pics.

Selling privately you can never ask as much as a dealer as they will be offering a full dealer backed warranty unless of course the warranty is transferable.
Pistonheads is a much better place than eBay to advertise and you'' get a better calibre of potential purchaser there
Consolidate as much information as you can and write a nice description based on all your info.
Read some of the other Alpina adverts to see how a good ad reads.
Best of luck selling and hope you can find a new home for it

extended leather refers to the door cards and dash, right?
As ali says, you paid a forecourt price inc dealer margin (ie his wages and overheads), vat and warranty. That is highly unlikely to be achieved privately unless a low mileage car with perfect provenance. Things such as non-Michelin tyres hurt when attempting to sell to enthusiasts, sadly.

Leather is as you quote: dashboard and door cards.

Any history of hood motor or steering column maintenance? Rear springs are weak too: it would be good to know if original or if genuine replacements are on the car.

I wonder...is this the car coming into Sytner stock here? :think

Look forward to seeing: my guess is 'yes'. And an optimistic asking price as ever. Would Kate care to spill the price she sold at, as I think a huge markup here, again.

I did offer it for sale at £14k - but no-one bit the bullet, so to speak, and I needed to get myself back on track with another car... and poor old Mum :(

And you know what else? I also received a call the very same evening I'd signed, sealed and almost delivered my Roadster.. from a gentleman who was willing to pay me cash for the car, but by that point it was too late. Why, oh why didn't people actually contact me at the time my car was for sale? It was (and is) a good car! I'd barely owned it for two months... I shake my head in disbelief... But I don't regret selling; it was an absolute necessity under the circumstances. I'm taking my time to choose my next car, though.

Anyway, if anyone here is still on the look-out for a good Roadster S and doesn't mind paying Sytner's mark-up, then do go enquire. You'd be potentially buying yourself a decent car. But note the slight misting of oil on (I think) one of the front shock absorbers noted in the April 2018 MoT and the 'bubbling' near the air valves on 3 of the 19" Dynamic alloys (common, I believe). Also notice the depressed "Alpina" logo on the driver's seat, some wear where you sit on the seat, and the slight seatbelt wear. Also note there is an Aux lead in (that my husband fitted) which makes life a lot easier. There is just a slight bubbling/lacquer peel by the front silver grill (on the left hand side). Oh my God, I'm sounding picky - but it's hopefully a heads up for anyone who wants the car. And remember, you could have bought it through me first!

You're welcome

(PS. I can't believe how quick it was that you found out about the car being up for sale through Sytner. There must be mind readers on here, no?)
