Looks like a proper job has been done to bring it right up to scratch - and probably worth it given rarity and current prices...

I wondered what happened to this very special car - so nice to see it's been taken to this special level. Hope the new owner tells the story on here, will be great to know more.

No mention of timing chain guides being done though
You'd want that done for piece of mind motoring for 5-10 years

Why? If its not an issue now and the engine is healthy why would you. I've had BMW V8's with 140K plus with no problems.

As preventative maintenance.
With the V8s it is not a matter of "if" but "when" so better to get it done especially post 120k miles.

But if I remember, this car is under 100K so should not be an issue. Looking at the work done on the car, seems its had what it needed at no expense spared

Very nice looking car, I especially the colour of the leather which goes well with the exterior. I wonder what the costs were?
