Other options:
#259 26k £16.7k CAT D
#288 28k £20k
How low is low mileage though? There are another couple at 80k or then you're into 110k+

I've sent him this, as I think it represents a good buy...

What does he actually mean by 'mega low mileage'? - remember these are now 13-14 years old and, even with light use, there aren't many of the original 167 that could be considered very low mileage. Even if they were summer toys and only did, say, 3k/year from new, you're still looking at 40k+ on the clock.Rodderz wrote:Sorry, no, he does want a mega low mileage car....
As an example, in the last two years, I've only seen half-a-dozen cars that have been advertised with 30k or less - although I did hear that Sytner briefly advertised a sub-10k car (at silly money) but the ad seemed to disappear very quickly, so that may have been another of Sytner's (not-infrequent) cock-ups when it comes to accurate adverts

#293 Std Black/Red 27,000 £23,000
Personally, I'd recommend that he concentrates on condition, history and provenance rather than getting too hung-up on mileage.
I've seen low-mileage examples that have been neglected and cars that have 80k+ on them that are cherished and kept in great condition - I know where I'd rather put my money (if I didn't already own one ).

Avoid anything with no running in service (plenty without this essential oil change) and anything that's low miles, and has missed at least the maximum 2 year service interval: lots of owners think that because they don't use it, it doesn't need basic maintenance. A car in regular use is likely to have seen better maintenance, and that's essential with these. I've driven well maintained 80k versions which drove better than 20k versions....beware.
