Terry, when it's finished, as Martin is scared you can step in and test it for him! Something to look forward to, chin up mate!

Sounds like my E30 Terry, sometimes its the only way. I drive mine a fook it, why do all that work and let someone else benefit? Makes me twitch at the thought!

Exactly what I told Martin myself Simon. Why do all that work for somone else's benefit. But the car was never bought to be a "trailer queen" and Martin is concerned that may end up being the case. We had been using the car a great deal for classic car runs and rallies. Down bumpy/muddy country lanes. The car has been great fun for that purpose. But after this restoration job Martin feels he will no longer feel comfortable doing that. My stance is use the car and enjoy it. You bend it you mend it 😆

I would have no problem with driving the car Dave. 😃 But as Martin is footing the bill for this one it will be his call if the car is moved on.

Here is a recent picture. I think it needs more than a wash Dave 😆

I am not sure. Probably not, because when I last spoke with the guy regarding my interest he said that he would email me some paperwork. But he never did. The feeling that I got through talking with him on the phone was that he was not really bothered if it sold or not.
