£20,000

Much as I would love it to reach this price, Sytner continue to be seriously optimistic about the value of their cars - even with the warranty it would come with.

In my book, that's almost double what I think it is worth

This is not an approved used car it is under the Sytner select program so the warranty will be as thorough as an approved used car.

These are probably stoopid questions so i'll apologise in advance, but ...

- Why is it Sytner's always advertise as a B3 3.3 in the title and then put B3 S in the description? Surely they are the best placed to confirm what it is or isn't?

- What's the difference between Approved Used and Sytner Select? Vehicle age?

I think it is because the AT system doesn't have B3S as an option in their drop down when identifying the vehicle.

The Sytner select warranty is limited on a lot more parts and is backed up by BMW. Not sure if breakdown cover is included either which is with an AUC. Not sure on their criteria, I believe they have to do more checks and prep for an AUC to be given its full warranty as it is comprehensive whatever the mileage of car they are selling under the BMW scheme,

BMW approved used is given to cars with a full BMW service history.
Sytner select is given to cars without this, but still good enough to sell via their garages.

In my experience I doubt BMW or Sytner would put a mondial warranty on a car this old. It's about £1000pa. For one thing it can't be found on their database (I looked online and also gave them a call). It would have to be someone in the know to get a proper BMW warranty. Still worth checking and would be happy if corrected!

My 2002 V8S is still under Mondial warranty. Age is not the issue, it's whether the car has had only BMW attention and if the warranty has been without a break period.
I suspect with a low mileage car with the correct service history, it will be insurable through Mondial. At a price...
