My F11 Alpina Style

Post by jl1206 » Sat Oct 01, 2016 9:24 pm

Hello Guys,

I'm from Luxembourg, and I am a big Alpina Fan.
I have bought my BMW F11 as a stock car, after 1 year of work it looks now perfect for me it's a daily driven car ;)
I'm looking for a Alpina B10 (E39) as a good weather car, but it's hard to find one...
I hope it is ok to post my BMW here, if not, just tell me ;)

This is what I've have done:

Alpina Front
Alpina Diffusor
Alpina Deko Set
Remus Quad
M5 Kidney Grills
Breyton Fascinate with Spacers
Windows tinted
348mm Brakes on the Front (530d)

Mmm slightly confused at reference to replica? It appears you have a car which you have made a small number of modifications to, in an effort to what?

Replica means surely to totally replicate the same model as if it were a genuine Alpina.

Anyway if you are happy spending money that way it is your prerogative, but perhaps buy a real Alpina and enjoy all the benefits?

You're absolutely right, replica is perhaps not the right world, I'm gonna change it in Alpina Style ;)

Buying a real Alpina B10 (E39) is the plan as a fun car that is not for every day ;)
The reason why I spent money in my F11 is simple, I bought it as a stock car because I needed a good car, for my everyday that has enough space for the dogs, has warranty, low fuel consumption and it has to please me optical. This is the final result of what pleases me and is affordable as a daily car ;)

How it looked before :

Really nice looking F11 - stands out in a subtle, tasteful way.
Early-retirement = too much time on my hands.

I know its not a real Alpina underneath, but as an F11 owner myself, I quite like what youve acheived there, right or wrong.

Youv've also managed to get more response on a single thread in 1 day than Ive seen on this forum for a long time, so well done on the second count too.

Absolutely but the Alpina Wheels are very expensive, and I quite like my Breyton wheels ;)

Wow that makes the e36 look tiny!
Cars&Coffee sounds like a good idea though.
