Just silver lettering on the front would be subtle enough

As the kids say in this neck of the woods. This thread is "Sick" :D

It has been great watching you breath new life back into such an awesome car. Please continue and post more pics as you progress further.

We are still not sure if we should fit the stripes on our latest purchase (they were never there in the first place) But if we do it has to be silver on the blue. I think we will end up with stripes if I have anything to say about it though.

Go for it. You have a great car. So why not shout about it :yahoo:

Thanks MCB. I have been busy with work and getting my E30 cab retrimmed. I will however be adding a few more update/pics soon.

I am hoping to see your cars around as I suspect I am not very far from you!

London! Yes indeed. I doubt that we are very far apart. We attend a lot of the Piston Heads meetings and often attend the BMW meets at the Ace Cafe. At the Ace we are normally the only E30 M3 there. Diamond Schwartz F Reg. Have you seen Us?

Once we have done a bit of a tidy up on the B3 we may take her along as well. But she has been bought as a daily driver and never intend to turn her into a show car. But the M3 has always been the attention grabber. Such a fun car in such a small package. :D

Chelmsford this end, but know Woodford well.

We have only had the B3 a few weeks, so doubt you would have seen her. Before we got her she lived in the Oxford area.

I was cleaning the wheels today noticed that the calipers looking a bit on the rusty side even though they work fine. I would like to get them refurbished, do they use the same brakes as a standard 330 which the car was based on?

I know you could get a brake upgrade on our model car (ours is standard) not sure about yours though. Simon13 should know though.

I have been driving #113 without further restoration work partly due to other projects. I have booked the car in for inspection 2 service and to address a few niggly issues .

To prepare the car for winter I have given the old girl a treat. A detailer came in to clean the car, clay bar then wax to protect the paintwork. All the plastic trims and wheels have been treated too.
