As James has identified, when in Reading I now get the car looked after by Grosvenor.

The KDS was arranged through them, at a place around the corner from them - but I don't have the details of the third party to hand.

I also don't know if the price I paid is one that has been agreed with Grosvenor or is their normal rate, so I would suggest you contact Grosvenor (speak to Justin) and work out the most appropriate way to get things done.

Here's a link to their website that suggests that this is the price for all Grosvenor customers

Just to add - I forgot to get them to change the brake fluid last week so I popped in this afternoon and 1 hour and £43.02 later I had new brake fluid and a clean car :D
