Looks stunning, a version Alpina should have made, even better if it was an Allrad

i`m located i southern Norway, and i bought this car last year. Som "nice" guys had scratched the whole car with an screwdriver, or somthing.
So there was som paintjob to do, i have also mounted the alpina front, there was the M5 bumper on it. Just now it`s being polished after the paintjob, just for perfection :) There wil be som more pics, when i get it back.

Wow I love this car this is one of the first times I have been a little envious perfectly done and carried off.

Having owned an E34 M5 Touring and now the B10 V8S Touring and having a love affair with the idea of owning a B10 BiTurbo then this is heaven to me.

Great project and what looks like a great result.

Looking forward to more pictures to drool over.....:drool

Thanks for sharing.

Simon

Edit:added the emoticon for Drool....lol

So what is the story with the car;

Is it re-built from a specific saloon car?
When was the conversion done?
How did you get the plaque made up with '0001' made up?
Has it got the 18" staggered (10.5 and 9) E31 Alpina alloys on it?
Do they fit without any modifications or spacers etc?
Is the M5 Touring yours as well?

The car looks simply stunning - I posted some of your pictures on another 5 series owners forum and all agree the car is beautiful.
The story of the car:
It was registrated in norway 04.11.1994, it was then an 518. Then the owner sent it to Manhart tuning in germany, they re-built it with alpinaparts, biturbo engine, big brakes (4 piston) alpina exhaust, front and rear axel, transmission, everything approved with Tuv papers. It was finished 28.03.1995 and shipped back to the owner in Norway.
About the plaque, i dont know.
It's the e31 alloys in 10,5 and 9 :D :D And there are no spacers.
The M5 touring was my first e34, it's in perfect condition, only outside when it's sunny :)
