I stopped counting E36s I had when I'd had over 20 of them.
I liked the ambers all round on darker coloured cars.
I debadged my first E36 M3 and put ambers all round and it improved the look no end in my humble opinion.

Your lenses will be OEM as they made both colours and you could spec either option when new. The silver bulbs do make a difference and can set the clear lenses off nicely but technically a modification so you might not want to go there !!!
