Any pointers on what to look out for in general please ?
There’s one a t Barons on 26k miles .. what’s it worth ?
It was £25k lol

Roadster S mats are freely available via Sytner. No small round badges on these: they come with a set of blue and green Rhombs as per steering wheel trim. Ditto leather wallet: Sytner, but dear, with rhombs not round badge, too. Ask for 10% discount: usually available.Sundaydriver wrote: ↑Sat Oct 12, 2019 5:32 pmLooking at these, is it hard to get the leather binder if it’s missing ? Also footwell mats.

I take it the one at Barons lacks some of the servicing as you seem quite dismissive?bobbly wrote: ↑Wed Oct 16, 2019 11:23 amRoadster S mats are freely available via Sytner. Some of the low miles cars have missing running in and regular servicing which MUST be 2 years maximum time between services. Tread VERY carefully on super low miles cars. Ignore 80k head gasket worries: totally random. Some have had 4 by 50k miles, some never need one. Pure luck of the draw with regard to the block you get.
Hood motors due to blocked drains (esp on cars stood outside longterm....), cracked rear alloys on inner rims, broken rear springs, sticky electric steering: all weaknesses and well known and need looking out for.
NO Roadster S is valued at £25k, however low the mileage, and I'd expect gold plated mats and wallet for that price. Low miles and great condition with a solid warranty and solid history would be around £20k tops. They're nice, but flawed, and won't ever quite reach the 'greats' status such prices suggest. Values are at least stable and have been for years, now.
Messaged Romans for a logbook history. Will see how diligent the 1 owner has been.bobbly wrote: ↑Wed Oct 16, 2019 11:23 amNO Roadster S is valued at £25k, however low the mileage, and I'd expect gold plated mats and wallet for that price.
