B3 3.2 TOURING #062
yes I have 2 listed, considering the B3.5 was a Sytner build using parts with the exception of the engine the buyer was obviously desperate to have his or her car in Alpina green and probably paid for the privilege.

1985 e23 B10 (sold)
1995 B3 saloon switchtronic (sold)

For all that effort, I wonder why they didn't opt for a B11.AG wrote:yes I have 2 listed, considering the B3.5 was a Sytner build using parts with the exception of the engine the buyer was obviously desperate to have his or her car in Alpina green and probably paid for the privilege.

I have now bought this 7 😀
Struck a deal with the seller yesterday and he held it for me even though bidding was starting to pick up on ebay.
Turns out the old fella who owned it recently passed away and this chap was just selling on behalf of the family.
Supplied by Central BMW Birmingham and pretty much has always lived nearby.
Given it a once over and apart from what you see on the top its actually a solid original car with no nasty rust or previous bodge repairs which is a pretty rare on these old cars now.
Original service book present stamped upto 156k now on 172k miles.
Been off road since around 2004/05
Shame its not had the full b11 conversion but still a nice cruiser and something to put next to the alpina green e30 touring when its ready.
Well happy with it.

During my time in the dealer network i once worked with an after sales manager who used to work for L&C in tunbride wells who other than Synter and John clark Aberdeen were the only official Alpina dealers in the uk.AG wrote:yes I have 2 listed, considering the B3.5 was a Sytner build using parts with the exception of the engine the buyer was obviously desperate to have his or her car in Alpina green and probably paid for the privilege.
He once told me of an E34 B10 3.5 that was ordered in Alpina green and when the base 535i turned up to be converted to B10 spec, he canceled the B10 conversion and got into a major dispute over the the fact that it was an Alpina only colour but the car did go out as an Alpina green 535iSE!!!

Interior is amazing with only bit of age showing on drivers outer bolster.AG wrote:Nice well done on the buy. Car looks solid, interior looks incredibly good considering its age.
Well saved, a B3.5 is as rare today as a B11.
How can I find out what number this is? I see the other b3.5 is on the register already.
