Alpina B10 Berlin

Post by jbailey » Fri Oct 05, 2018 4:45 pm

Had a quick impromptu stop at Classic Remise in Berlin, after dropping off family at the Airport... As i parked so did a B10, Had a brief hello with the driver and thats a great car etc... and then i went off to wander around one of the best shops in the world seeing if my change would stretch to a short wheel base quattro ( which they have ) or a 924 carrera gt ( which they didn't )... Anyway when i came out the owner was there ( i think maybe he works at the " shop ").. We had a quick chat in my limited german ,,, nice guy and a nice car

Good ALPINA spot

I also like the rare retro spots in the background: SD1 and a Defender. Also a retro Peugeot (505?).
Oscar Wilde & Burkard Bovensiepen: I have the simplest tastes. I am always satisfied with the best.

I visited Classic Remise in Dusseldorf in November last year. Likewise I was blown away by some of the cars for sale there and I would certainly like to go back for a longer visit sometime.
