I can be wrong and misheard, but am sure Gary said at the Ace CafÃ© meet that it will be held in April of next year.

I think in previous communications Gary Lott indicated there would be something in 2019. However, now having lost his colleague Jonathan Noy he is having to recruit another person to fill that slot. He indicates that his work load in massive now he is alone, so we shall have to see if the replacement or lack or a replacement has any impact on this proposed event.

I heard today there is no 2019 meets at Sytner Nottingham, Official, due to the constraints of space and impact on their business.

Gary Lott will be looking at an alternative and is in the process of gathering information, I am offering some suggestions and talking to some venues. If anything is decided I will ask Gary to announce it.

I have emailed to Gary Lott and Neil Whitehead full details of a potential alternative event and location. It will be up to either of those gentlemen to decide if they wish to take up the offer from the venue.

ps The venue I proposed fully covers Public Liability Insurance

Good morning all, rest assured, I'm working on this as time allows. There isn't room at Sytner Nottingham for the get together. Over 100 cars converging on an operational site is just to disruptive to business.

I have a couple of options to view and will update you as soon as I'm able.
