Estoril blue v8s
I owned this car briefly about a year or so ago. I sold it for about £12k i recall.
It was pretty good overall, owned by another forum member before me. The interior let it down a bit (alpina leather seems to wear worse than the Bmw leather). Gearbox was good at the time; it had a slight misfire I think that presumably was fixed (it wasn't terminal). Not that you would have noticed - it was very rapid.

Wow my old car has popped up again and it's now over 100% increase on what I paid for it just over 2 years ago! Talk about selling at the wrong time 😏. Highly optimistic asking price mind.
Anyone want a previous owners insiders view you are welcome to pm me.

We were only talking about it on Sunday hey Phil?
Quite a price tag that. Will be interesting to see how long it hangs around at that price. Gives me some hope that mine is worth the investment I'm giving it.
Note the front discs are Tarox, not OE Brembos. Not that it means much.

We were indeed Asim, and I laughed at making a few bob on what I got it for originally! Still if I hadn't sold the B10 I wouldn't have the B6 now. I can sleep easy on my choices.
Anyone want to know when B6 prices are due to double just wait a couple of years after I sell mine!! (Not for a long long time mind).

Bit of a thread resurrection but I happened to come across this car this afternoon - a long and tenuous story involving the dealer's mechanic driving past my car, stopping for a chat and telling me about the V8S.
It transpires that, as the crow flies, this car is less than a mile away from me.
Anyway, currently listed here for £16,900 but when I commented that it was a £14-15k car he didn't disagree.
Far more interesting is the fact that the mechanic's father owns a B10 3.3 Touring manual ...
