Does look nice and reasonably priced, but why do people insist on fitting the fake Alpina badges instead of Roundels?

It's an old chestnut - purist v badge fanboys.

Agree with you though, should be as per factory.

I'm impressed by how many Alpina in Europe are debadged - just BMW roundels and wheels, exhaust, splitters to do the talking

Having seen the price of replacement genuine badges I'm even more inclined to de-badge.
