They really do need to get their act together, surely even they can see that the photo shown is NOT a coupe :no
Not being Green, might have given them another clue

Not for the first time Brian, noticed many like this over the years. It's also weird how in some ads the spec of the car is often so sparsely completed, not covering all the options ticked.

On a side note that D5S is rather tasty looking 8)

Is that front Alpina script white?

Autotrader Ads for ALPINA

Post by Gary Lott » Thu Feb 15, 2018 1:02 pm

Thank you for drawing our attention to the description for the ALPINA D5S on the Autotrader ad reading as per the ALPINA B4S Coupe.

You'll be pleased to learn that no one at Sytner is accountable for this 'error', its actually a system issue'. The Autotrader system pulls through information on a vehicle based on its registration number and both cars have had S17NER (press demonstrator) allocated to them at some stage. Unfortunately the system has pulled through the incorrect specification in this case, but will be rectified today.

I can advise that the ALPINA badge within the front spoiler on the D5S is silver to match the decals.

Wow that is getting into B5 territory, but 282 bhp less.

£3750 for the stereo.

ALPINA D5S

Post by Gary Lott » Thu Feb 15, 2018 2:29 pm

You'll understand that with the ALPINA D5S being a brand new model we have to be able to demonstrate most of the options that are available, so yes our first demonstrator is highly configured.

The highlights for prospective customers is that the car comes as standard with all wheel drive, heated comfort seats (inc. Lumbar support) with full electric adjustment, metallic paint, full Nappa leather interior & professional media for a competitive list price of £62,000.00.

That's quite a spec on that car! 8)

The spec can really add up, my D5 BT was £84.5k when new
