A change of job is forcing me to sell my E39 B10 V8. I'll have a proper commute for the first time in 8 years and I need something more sensible for the time being
I'm posting here as I have no idea what my car might be worth so after some pointers.
It's a 1998 B10 4.6 Saloon. Madeira Violet with extended black leather. 130k miles. In nice condition or excellent once I've done a couple of little jobs needed before I sell it. Loads of nice extras. Very much pampered by me since I've owned it.
Where it becomes difficult to value is because it's cat C for some front end damage a few years ago. Pics are on a thread on here somewhere, looked quite light.
Although the car is in really nice condition, and indeed I've spent a lot of money myself in the last 18 months improving it further, it doesn't have any real service history before I bought it in Apr 2014. What I do know it that it has the improved head gaskets as I can see the tabs poking out so that's one major worry taken care of!
Any thoughts on what I can expect to get for it?
E39 B10 V8
Sorry I cant help with the value. But the lack of service history and the fact it is a cat C will turn the majority of folks off. Good luck with the sale though.
