WTD: winter18 inch alloys that fit e92 B3 BiTurbo

Post by Bertroex » Sun Sep 18, 2016 4:21 pm

Hi all,

I'm using my soon to be B3 BiTurbo for travelling to Germany and Switzerland. I am looking for a set of alloys that fit this particular model. From my research, I ought to have

Alloy: 8x18 eh2 18" all round

Like e.g. mv3 msport alloys
Tyre: 235/40/r18 m+s Michelin pilot sport Alpins

A search on Camskill came up with the following prices:
V- rating £141;
w-rating £148
I run conti's on my other car and the Conti winter v rating in the above size costs £134.

Does anyone have a set of winter alloys for sale?

Many thanks in advance for your response!

Bert you aren't too far away, unsure if you got sorted?

I have a winter set, check out the pictures on the folder link below, they are standard BMW 18" alloys. The only difference is that they have Michelin Alpin rears at 245 width, my choice for more grip when it's not so snowy. The Alpins have been fitted for a couple of winter seasons now, but my winter mileage on them is only around 2000-3000 miles, they have at least 5mm of tread on them all. The wheels are faultless and are refurbished and powder coated apart from a one inch kerb scrape on one lip/wheel only which I have touched in with touch up paint and not through the powder coating so no corrosion.

Make me a reasonable offer if you are still looking, but you will need to collect form Bolton if you can, I can even fit them as I have a trolley jack, if not no worries I'll fit them on the B3 for another winter as they are balanced and ready to roll.

Considering selling as I'm also considering an M3 E92 and these won't fit an M3 without spacers, longer bolts etc.
