anyone had chiropractice
Hi just looking for real examples I have just started but I am scepticle at min they want me in for a fair few treatments at 32.50 a go so utter nearly 500 sheets?

i had 2 bulging discs lower back and after acupuncture and physio i tried chiro after my wife had been telling me about it for ages.... wish id listened to her sooner. that was about 6 years ago and been going since. its really improved my health and quality of life and id suggest everyone has it done a few times a year

I've used an osteopath who also happened to be a private GP. I was charged £30 for half an hour which I considered to be a very reasonable rate.

There seems to be pretty good evidence that chiropractics and osteopathy work well for lower back conditions - but rather poor to no evidence for much else that some practitioners claim.
hap I won't ask what it's for but if it's not for a back problem you might want to review the NHS pages on the available evidence regarding effectiveness before splashing the cash.
