speed cameras

the other day im nottingham went past a notts countu council car with a camera logo on its side. the vehicle was driving not stationary. do councils now use cars for cctv or do theu do speeding as well. never seen one of these before.

Quite popular with some councils and Notts is one of them, used to be used to enforce parking at school gates and the bus lane problem, so not speeding, but he same logo is used as for the speed cameras
