Strangest road test ever??!!

Really? RS7, Tesla and XD3.

Did they just run into the car park to see what they had on loan and make the test up on the spot?

I did enjoy it, but didn't think the choice that odd, Super SUV, Super Saloon, Super Electric, all very similar sprint times, :D the thoughts of all those 1000s of moving mechanics in the 2 Oil powered cars compared to the lack of moving clanking components in an Electric is quite the eye opener.

Now electric is becoming more available with longer ranges, quicker recharge times and lighter batteries, I expect to see more of these side by side tests.

I also find it funny that now the electric motor is finding greater market share (still small though) fuel economies are increasing. Petrol for example in a performance car in the 80's was about 30mpg and today it's only just starting to increase... call me skeptical n all!
