Last chance to book up tickets for this event.

As of this Friday 14th June if you haven't booked and payed for you tickets you won't get a display pass. That means you will not be able to park inside with other Alpina owners. You will be in the public car park.

Just thought I would let you all know.

Please don't contact me two weeks before thinking you might just get a spare pass. I won't happen this year unlike others.

Thanks.

I have sorted out my tickets for the Friday and Saturday and am pleased to say that I will now be joining the Alpina group for this weekend. What time does everyone get there on the Friday and do you travel to Silverstone together :?:
I have booked in to a hotel in Milton Keynes for the Friday and Saturday nights. I have wondered if it was worth staying for the Sunday as I thought that not much happens at the show on the Sunday :!:

Thanks for the update Brian.

I have 5 Roadster S coming now.

Friday there will be 7 ALPINA's
Saturday we have 14.. 8)
Sunday is 9

Just a bit of an update to those that are coming, some may have seen the email that was sent out today.

We will now be joining BMW UK on their main display area. How good is that. It's thought that we could have approx 300 BMW's on display this year. This number is across the 3 days but still a good number of cars.

Now for anyone that may be thinking why didn't I book tickets, you could be in luck. There is the opportunity to display your ALPINA if your quick.
You will need to PM me ASAP for more details.

Oh and to answer your question Brian you need to be parked up by 10am, no later.

However I will be on site every day for 7am to get all ALPINA's parked up.

I really wanted to come to this, but this event is always in the first weekend of work's shutdown, and as a result, i have to work!

If it was the second weekend, then i could manage to sneek away for a day as i could delegate and leave the contractors to get on with things, but the first weekend is when it all needs setting up. As they say, "...get the foundations right..."

Fingers crossed next year will be a different weekend to shutdown.

Fantastic selection of Alpinas at the show this weekend

Image

With BMW as sponsors there was an amazing selection of BMW and Alpina cars at the show. BMW also provided free drinks to owners and rides on their ferris wheel which gave a great view of Silverstone ..
