Just a point of order - they haven't shown trousers round the ankles in the right hand picture. Otherwise, this position is not possible. Well it is but wet patches would result

Also, why do they require you to sit on the pan facing the wall whilst looking at the chap in the next stall with a funny smile on your face? You'd be arrested for that
