Parking sensors

My rear centre right reverse sensor has failed, do I need to remove the back bumper to get it out or is there another simpler way. Thanks

I got the job done, it was fairly easy although I’m nervous about popping thing off on these old cars as things become brittle with age, myself included. Lucked out this time with a bit of contact cleaner. I had a couple of spare sensors from the x5 but hadn’t clicked that they are round as opposed to oblong on the Alpina. Thankfully didn’t have to use one, it would have bugged me.
