at wits end with getting switch-tronic up and running. Spent last 2 years collecting parts and locating the tune for the Alpina B3.0 switch-tronic only to hit a dead end because the shift buttons are not responsive. I can confirm I have the correct 3.0 Alpina Switchtronic tune and can confirm it is correct because of the quirky behaviors associated with the B3.0 (i.e. in "E" mode, the rev limit is 5800 rpm vs 6800rpm in "S" mode).
Can anyone provide any details or connect with me for pictures or guidance on which pins on the EGS Module (Gs7.11) are responsible for upshift and downshift? I am struggling to get the wiring down. Even the official Alpina ETM (literally was handwritten and they no longer have knowledge of the system) has conflicting instructions. The most consistent between the ETMs is pin 46 (upshift) and 47 (downshift) of the EGS module; and grounding the other point.
According to the U.S.-based ETM for ZF5HP18, those pins are not used, so does the tune energizes those pins? Because if they are supposed to, I can confirm there isn't any power running through those pins with the car on. I tried pinning 46/47 and hooking it up to paddle shifters and nothing happened
If anyone can take a picture of their X7000 harness or confirm with me these pins below that would be great. I can determine it by process of elimination or if Alpina actually ended up modifying the EGS module further:

The only person I knew a long while ago from the old E36 coupe forum was “Lossieboy” I believe he has owned at least one previously, may still have it?
I can only see the gear up and down references on the X5300 socket of the SMG unit from the E36 ETM on pins 53 and 86, so probably completely the wrong ones, but I can’t see anything else remotely like.

thanks John- yeah the above ETM is for the e36 m3 SMG EGS box (x5300). totally different as Alpina used the standard Bosch one in automatic transmissions (x7000 connector)
