D3 BT brake discs and pads

Post by ChrisM » Sun Aug 04, 2019 10:05 am

Hi everyone

Does anybody know which BMW model Alpina used for the D3 BT E90 front and rear brake discs and pads? If anyone knows the BMW part numbers I would be grateful (and impressed!).

I’ll probably go to the aftermarket but I want to ensure compatibility.

Thanks all

Chris

this page might help you find the relavant parts catalog for your D3: https://www.thealpinaregister.com/download

On my e90 d3 parts catalog it reads:

The ALPINA parts catalogue is based on the BMW parts catalogue. The BMW ALPINA D3 is based BMW 320d, the BMW ALPINA D3 Touring is based on BMW 320d Touring. Basic engine is the M47D20 TÜ2 OL. Only ALPINA parts and not clear percetible BMW parts which are different to the basic car are listed. For BMW parts the BMW parts catalogue has to be used

So i assume that the brakes and pads are standard size to the 320d (someone correct me if i'm wrong), you can find the relavant parts number here: https://www.realoem.com/

Ok, I will :P

You're quoting for a D3. The OP has a D3Biturbo. Brakes for a Biturbo come from the 330i/d.
