This is good advice you have linked, unfortunately the eyebrow section is not so straight forward, but I am going to try to fix it myself.

There is water in the "eyebrow" section of the left headlight.
It still works but it looks bad.

So I need a new shock absorber. I have to replace both of course, so popped into the BMW dealership today £472+ vat each Wow! and the OEM Headlamp I need is £1100ish. probably plus VAT too.
