Re: Blown Headgasket B3S Touring E46

Fantastic Charles, I'll search for them and contact them directly as you suggest. I'll also follow up the Cometic as an alternative option. I have three dealers all searching the list of parts that I require, everything from dipstick o-rings to tensioners to coil springs, sprockets yada, yada, yada....

Re: Blown Headgasket B3S Touring E46

Where Can I Get a New Head Gasket at a Reasonable Price? Thought I'd post my recent experience, very similar. For the last 18 months, I've kept saying to the independent BMW garage where I get my car serviced that my B3S isn't running right, idling right, accelerating as smoothly as it used to do. F...

I am being quoted £170+VAT per spring never mind a 3 week lead time, since on back order, even if I could afford it :-( Any h...

Thanks for such a prompt response Charles. I must say WOW, your suggestion looks far too complicated to take out the headlamp, disassemble it, put new glass, reseal, ressemble when Chas did such a good job. I'd rather follow Chas' lead. Additionally, I do have an issue with my soft top and since you...

They look such an improvement. I really need to do that on my B3s headlight covers. Could you explain in more detail exactly what you used and how you did it please?
Thank you,
Clive
