I use bilt for general and Dragon breath for the hard to shift stuff with a wheel brush. Maybe you have some tar spots though. Sometimes a light polish like meguirs scratch x is good for the stubborn stuff.

I bought mine from these guys... Genuine alpina do fit perfectly. Give then a call;)
