Looks nice, not cheap at $92k US

I also read elsewhere that they are building an electric luxury saloon...

It'd be quite good to have something different- how about an E34 Touring (540i if you could find one!)?

On the other hand, a good car that never lets you down should be hung on to!

But actually there is a lot to be said for electric cars- tons of low down power...

There is a sportscar being marketed in the US, electric powered, based on the Elise which does 0-60 in under 5 secs. Can't remember its name.

But when was the last time you felt that tingle of anticipation as you fire the ignition to awaken a cold high-performance petrol engine, anticipation building as you carefully warm its heart, then just held onto a gear just for the sake of it, just because you can, to hear the sound of the engine c...

I worked out the difference between a 28 mpg B3S on super UL and a 45mpg diesel over 25k miles is about £1500. Given there is probably no difference in real world daily-drive performance (he says having raced a 120d down a slip-road in 3rd  ), I am paying £1500 a year for a very nice soundi...

Maybe it is damage caused by poor road surface, or pothole impact. Perhaps it can be straightened out by a good wheel repair man.

A friend's Z4 had a broken rear spring too. I thought Alpina springs were made to a different spec, and would therefore be less likely to fail than typical E46 jobs.

I do find it a bit worrying because it is justice by computer. Whilst law abiding citizens have nothing to fear, it leaves everyone open to prosecution through mistaken identity, e.g. cloned number plates, or worse case scenario your cloned credit card details used to access a kiddy porn site. I agr...

That's a real shame- BBS wheels are most excellent, I'm sure that someone will come along and resurrect it.

I suppose the problem has been with cheap imitations.

I noticed the other day my B3S wheels are made by Ronal.
