Re: What a quandary - b10 v8 tourer

I wouldn't buy it now as it's significantly more expensive than I was paying and obviously older and with more miles. I looked elsewhere for a fast estate and am happy with the choice, but at the time I would have liked it. As you say I'd be loathed to buy from there but at least the car has some go...

What a quandary - b10 v8 tourer

This a well kn own forum car, I nearly bought it from our member in Aberdeen a few years ago but it didn't quite work out. So we know it should be a half decent car but the current vendor has, lets say, interesting feedback just about everywhere on the web. But they can't knobble every car can they?...

Not quite that long ago, say 8-10 years. I think the guy selling bought it from your chap. There is no way he was a lawyer! I viewed at his folks place and then spent an hour at his whilst he hunted for the v5. He did have a fine from the local council for not having taxed it so I suppose he must ha...

It seemed an ok car from what I recall. Just the seller that wasn't great since I'd travelled from Bristol. Needed a bit of work but I was happy I would have made it home.

The guy selling the red one couldn't find the v5 when I went over! It was ok, needed some bodywork but was only about £2k iirc. He was supposed to give me first refusal when he sorted the paperwork but he didn't. Still the same images on the register page.I had a brief chat with someone in Cornwall...

Simon,
I remember you buying that when the e30 zone was worth using. I went to see the red car in N Ireland, its still on the register with the same pics as when it was for sale.
Unlikely that you'd find one like it again! Shame I missed it when you moved it on

I fancied a c2.7 touring a good few years ago, even flew to Belfast to look at one which was ok but the vendor couldn't find the V5 - great! At the time it was a £2k maybe £3. Things have changed. There was one on ebay a year or so back which reached £10+ and I recall another more recently for sa...

Andrew, I used asda for a tyre for the e55. It doesn't seem to have much to do with asda as they send it to the garage of your choice (on their list).
You choose a time slot and they fit it. Much like alot of online tyre sellers.
If its cheaper then do it.
How is my B10 anyway?
