Re: E36 B3 3.0 1995 saloon

It always held gear when cold while I owned it, as soon as it was warm no problem. I seem to remember my 3.2 did the same thing, I always assumed it was a software thing to stop the engine labouring when cold but I could be wrong. Gearbox oil and filter were done in my ownership, I would say at arou...

Re: 3.2 Cab

A quick sale by Andy at Old Colonel, deposit taken within a couple of days and then sale completed Friday 20th December. The buyer previously bought a B10 from them as well. Just shows if a sensible price is asked these cars will sell quickly. Not sure if the buyer is on the forum but he has got him...

wheel lock cover removal tool

As title
I used to have a hook type tool for hooking in the lock cover to aid removal, I was checking tyre pressures this weekend and realised I have lost mine
from the keyring.
Does any one know if they were an official Alpina part or after market and if so where I could obtain one from

Thanks

Re: European Road Breakdown - Any Pointers/experiences

Try A Plan, I have a breakdown cover from them which covers European trips, I think it was around £45.00, I think this includes repatriation of car etc. I did do a 3 week trip around Europe a couple of years ago and bought the AA insurance which was specifically for an older car (99 B3.2 Cab) that i...

I'm going to have a look and perhaps I can buy her back, would be good to benefit from the labours of others, all I did was rescue it from a poor fate and get her running.
Let us know how you get on Andrew

Re: E36 B3 3.0 #261

The new asking price is what I got from the trader and he put some money into paintwork and detailing so I would say a great buy now.
Hardly any miles since I sold it.
This is a cracking car, if anyone wants further details pm me.

Lots of pre facelift parts on it, indicators, front grills and hardline wheels
Would these have been on a 3.2 originally?
Perhaps a crossover between 3.0 and 3.2
I had an e36 M3 evo3.2 on a P plate which had pre facelift parts like this.
