Bought 'Crazy 88' as i call her (ref to the film Kill Bill) about 18 months ago, sorry for not updating sooner! fantastic car! i had a 1994 325i coupe before this and was thinking of going upto an M3 but the scare stories of expensive double VANOS failure put me off and so by chance i found Crazy 88 on the Autotrader website, immaculate condition, 85,000 on the clock (now nearly 97,000), since then i have had an Insp 2 carried out, replaced the lower front wishbone arms (rubber bush breaking up and not separate part..£££..ouch!) bunged two Michelin's on the rear and fitted the proper Alpina wood type gear knob, a rare superbly built quality performance car (with a manual box which i prefer)and 260bhp although it feels slightly more tbh (I'll have to put it on a rolling road as i am curious!)the only thing that could replace it for me is a manual M3 or M5, Thank you Burkard!

1999 'T' Alpina B10 3.2. Silver/Grey leather. This is
a very rare opportunity to purchase a unique Alpina
which I am very reluctantly selling. It was in the
hands of a private collector from new until I managed
to acquire it through Munich Legends in April of 2005
when it had covered a mere 17,300mls and could only be
described as factory fresh. Since this time I have
taken the mileage to its current 32,000mls. It was
well specified from new with heated sports seats,
additional side and rear airbags, full on-board
computer, CD multichanger, cruise control and
headlight wash system. A full BMW service history has
been kept including specified coolant and brake fluid
changes, the last service completed in Feb this year
at Sytners. (It has not required a single oil top up
during my ownership - a common problem as detailed on
this site). It is truly exceptional, unmarked
condition throughout and can still only be described

This nice car is absolutely stunning condition,in fact its possibly one of the best in the country.

85,050 miles, Alpina Tourings? They're few and far This 3.3 model is number 15 of just 109 produced between April 1999 and October 2003. The B10 3.3 with its 5-speed manual box, silky smooth six-pot and sweeter rack and pinion steering is a touch more nimble through the twisty bits than its more powerful V8 stablemate with its auto box and more ponderous recirculating ball steering. With 87bhp more than the 528 and 35bhp up on the 535, performance is truly exhilarating with 100mph arriving in a shade over 16 seconds. But what truly impresses is the ride/handling compromise which manages to provide bags of driver involvement whilst remaining comfortable and compliant at all times. This well maintained example has been enjoyed by just two owners, the first an enthusiastic lady from the West Country who paid Dick Lovett the princely sum of £47,883 for the privilege of owning this bespoke family holdall. Dick Lovetts maintained the car for the first 50,000 miles at which point we became responsible for its well-being. We have all the service bills including the original sales invoice, and the rather fine Alpina leather wallet contains all the relevant books plus the all-important B10 supplement. Car Details:
The last E28 B10 ever built, the car is unusual in having been made at the factory in Buchloe, rather than converted by Sytner. It's believed to have also been the last ever E28 down the BMW production line (as confirmed by BMW Mobile Tradition), and has a number of features normally found only on lhd cars. For example, it has aircon but no sunroof, and a digital engine and diff oil temperature guage in place of one of the airvents. It also has cruise control and an alloy longrange fuel tank.
The car has ben very well cared-for by a total of 6 owners from new, and has a complete service history with all bills from day 1. Over the last 2 years the car has been given a body & cosmetic restoration, including new panels where necessary and a respray in the original alpine white. Mechanically the car continues to be well cared-for, with dry-use only.

The car has some mildly annoying problems, ie: heater blower noisy, instruments sometimes unreliable, and the drivers door handle needs replacing!
The car is to be sold complete with the registration B10 NSW, which I purchased from DVLA in 1996.(The registration plates were purchased from Sytners at Nottingham, and show their logo at the bottom, maintaining the cars genuine appearance!)

Car Details:
An amazingly original E34 B10, with just 54000 miles and two owners from new. The first owner ordered the car via John Clarke of Aberdeen, who in turn instructed the conversion work from Sytners. He kept the car for about 16 years, had it regularly serviced and mot'd, but after the first few years of ownership it saw little serious use.
The interior is almost perfect with no signs of wear, and the car drives as tightly after 18 years, as it must have done in 1989.
Unfortunately Scottish roads meant that the front wheelarches were showing slight signs of bubbling around the top of the lip, so this was almost the first task to attend to; a couple of small carpark 'dings' in the doors were resprayed, meaning the external condition is now commensurate with the mileage and the interior. A stripe kit was also fitted, although the car had a 'Mtec sport' front spoiler fitted from new, presumably to give a little extra road clearance over the Alpina fibreglass one.
Everything works, and it really is an amazing 'timewarp' E34.

Car has done 198k miles with a fsh which is mostly bmw main agents. Car has been mot tested yesterday and it passed!!!

very rare 4.0 sports auto 315bhp model, mot'd, taxed, believed to be one of only 2 or 3 rhd models in the country, this car has been family owned since it was 6 months old and has a very large history file, the car had a very large service by a racing specialist at which time the bodywork and interior were refreshed as well, (have a bill for £3500 for this work), has a high mileage but, this is mainly motorway work.
its in relatively good condition for its age and mileage, now showing signs of rust at the bottom of front wheel arches and bottom of boot lid, but nothing major.
front suspension is getting a little soft and could do with an overhaul
Just had £1500 on an electrical problem and everything is working fine now apart from one bulb on the dash has blown and the interior light doesn't come on when the door is opened, but works manually.
it's a fantastic car and we will be very sorry to see it go, but would suit an enthusiast, with a little time it could be back to it's former glory

This car has had 2 very fastidiuos previous owners. The first owner had the car for 11 years. I have all the German documents, serveral german invoices totalling DM 10,000.
The car was then bought by a specialist importer in 2000/1 and had another £1800 spent at an Alpina specialist including the all important shocks. In addition replaced EML - ECU £850. And £2800 of cosmetic restoration.
This dealer then sold it to the current / last owner who had it maintained by an Alpina specialist, excluding the TOAD immobiliser, he spent £4000 on the car. It's had everything it's ever needed even down to never having odd tyres.
All the tyres are nearly new Michelin Sports.
The Aplina Wheels are in fantastic condition.
The car does have 3 dents on the roof which need looking at by one of these dent specialists - see photos.
Failing this the car is just sensational and hard to fault. The interior is clean, tight and odour free.
The car drives perfectly with no interior or exterior rattles or noises. Feel free to have the car inspected.
Hand books, toolkit and first aid kit all correct.
All original keys including service keys.
Stamped Service History - 18 Stamps at correct intervals to current 230,000 KMS.
Last Serviced in May this year - Inspection 1 reciept for £225. This was at 228,000 KMS.
Just 13,000 KMS prior the car had a complete overhall to the brakes using Aplina discs - I have the receipt for £2449.

Bodywork is superb! I'm a keen detailer and have cust carried out a swirl correction detail on it, taking almost two days! Looks fantastic.

If you're looking for a super-quick 5-Series, and it has to be an auto, then it has to be a B10 V8 with Alpina's excellent Switchtronic mods to the standard 5-speed BMW/ZF gearbox. This gives the option of changing manually using the shift buttons on the steering wheel...and the shifts are super-responsive thanks to Alpina's clever re-working of the electronics. Performance is in the premier league chasing hard on the heels of the V8 M5 with 0-60mph in 5.7(5.3), 0-100mph in 13.8(12.7) and the standing quarter in 14.2/102mph(14.1/106mph).
As you would expect of a car costing in excess of £63,000, this 1997 model is exceptionally well equipped and still retains all its Alpina upgrades to the engine suspension, brakes and exhaust. Alpina's distinctive roof-mounted build plaque identifies this as number 204 of an exclusive breed which on its 1997 UK launch was described by Autocar as "the best sporting saloon on sale" awarding it a top 5-star rating.
This left-hand-drive example with just 77,860 miles was first registered October 1997 in Germany where it was enjoyed by just two owners before coming to the UK in 2002 with 55,000km (34,375 miles) and a full BMW service history. The car has since had a further two owners both of whom have relied on Munich Legends to ensure its continued well-being. The service book tells the following story: running-in inspection (1,030km), oil service (18,449km), Inspection 1 (27,245km), oil service (38,291km), oil service (54,790km) and an Inspection 11 (68,772km) all of which were undertaken by BMW dealers. We then carried out an oil service at 83,222km and replaced the cylinder head gaskets at 96,398km. The last service, an Inspection 11, was carried out last year at 113,496km.
The previous owner who purchased the car in April 2003 insisted that no expense be spared in maintaining it to the highest possible standard. Hence our pre-sale inspection revealed only a few minor issues all of which will be dealt with before the car leaves us. These include carrying out an oil safety service, replacing the damaged n/s/r tyre, fitting a new front undertray, refurbishing all four wheels and tracking down a couple of irritating rattles. We've also had to replace the instrument display panel because some of the digits had gone 'chinese'. The interior trim is in good shape with the leather needing little more than a good clean and a liberal application of hide food. However, the paintwork has picked up a few scuffs and dings over the years but nothing too unsightly.

E39 B10 V8 owned for two months. Very pleased with the car, 4.6-litre fully loaded. The 20" spoke ALPINA rims have gone, it now sits on 20" vortec split rims, the rear arches have been modified to accomodate these wheels.
(Rears 285/25/20, Fronts 245/30/20). A Hamann carbon front splitter is fitted, sports air filter with fabricated polished alloy heat guard. Apart from these mods the rest of the car is ALPINA spec.
Modifications to come: 7 1/2" widescreen with Bluetooth for phone from later E39.
The B10 is awesome car but when I found this one I knew it would turn heads a little bit more.

This is a truly lovely car and a very reluctant sale. It is a very rare Alpina indeed as very few of the B10 V8’s were made as a Tourer and most of them were left hand drive. This is the ONLY right-hand drive that was built in the year 2000 (to the best of my knowledge).
It has done 92,000 miles with full BMW Service History.
It has the wonderful Alpina Switchtronic Auto Gearbox (fully auto or change manually with buttons on the steering wheel) – great fun in manual mode!
I won’t go into all the history of this model because if you’re looking at this advert you’re probably already an Alpina enthusiast and have a pretty good idea. Some of the specs are: 0-60mph 5.3secs and a top speed of 174mph with 350bhp at 3800rpm.
This car was new in September 2001 when the original owner paid £63,500 from Sytner BMW and it is still in excellent condition. Both the bodywork and interior look great in Alpina Blue with contrasting full Grey Nappa Leather interior. There are also wonderful details like the steering wheel stitching & carpet detailing being in alpina blue/green, and the alpina logo set into the walnut dash.
There are the usual little marks that you would expect on a car of this age (ie. A few minor stone chips, one tiny ding on the door, and some scuffs on the alloys and rear bumper). All of these are easily sorted if you want to get the car ‘as new’. The car has never had any repair work or paintwork done to it and has never been involved in any accident.

This was one of the fastest luxury saloons produced in the early 90s it has 350 BHP V12 Engine with a unrestricted top speed of 180Mph and a acceleration of 0-60Mph in 5.9 Sec.through its smooth auto box This car is in excellent condition inside and out and has full unmarked black leather interior which is as new. It has the full Alpina tacho and Speedo up to 320Kmh which looks fantastic combined with the Alpina hand stitched leather steering Wheel. It also has all the usual extras that you would expect in a luxury car such as this, Full climate control with seperate control for driver and passenger, heated outside mirrors, Cruise Control, Electric Seats, Electric Sunroof, Heated Seats, Rear Blind Electric Mirrors with dipping facility for reversing, Central locking and immobiliser, On board computer The air conditiong system was recently disinfected and recharged. New tyres were recently fitted to the superb original Alpina Rims 265/40 ZR 17 tyres on 10" rims at the rear and 235/45 ZR17 tyres on 8.5" rims at the front. To further assist the roadholding it has been fitted with a limited slip differential and Alpina suspension and shocks which makes it go round corners like it was on rails All the original Alpina documentation is with the Car in its original Alpina documation folder.
I originally bought this car to take down to my house in Spain but a change of circumstances now means that i need to sell her.
The last owner in Germany who i bought the car from had owned her for the last 9 years. In August i spent over £2000 with Munich motors having the whole top end overhauled with new valves and valve guides.
The car is now UK registered.

Originally supplied to the Royal Household of the Sultan of Brunei and having covered less than 1900 miles since new, this ultra-rare coupe is certified number 10 by the Alpina plaque fitted inside the car and is one of just seven right-hand drive versions, of which only two were fitted with a manual, six-speed gear-box.
This, the ultimate development of BMW’s 8-series, takes the already refined and high-performing 850CSi to a different level. Not satisfied with the 380bhp from the BMW 5.6 litre V12, Alpina stretched the already impressive unit to 5.7 litres squeezing out a massive 416bhp - coupled with a huge 4201b ft of torque – all producing a top speed in excess of 180mph and a 0-60mph sprint of merely five seconds. The already light-weight body has a specially vented, carbon-fibre bonnet panel to direct air into the engine at speed. With traction control and automatic stability control, the power of the 12-cylinder, 24-valve multi-port fuel-injected power unit is channelled smoothly to the road through the special 18” Alpina 20-spoke alloy wheels and massive 285/35 rear tyres. Bilstein shock-absorbers and up-rated Alpine front springs together with ABS, vented discs and four-pot front callipers, provide superb handling and stopping power.
The car is finished in BMW Diamond Black and the interior trimmed in Anthracite buffalo leather with discreet, green & blue Alpina inserts to the bucket seats is, as to be expected, well-provided with comfort and equipment. The car was originally a 325i se bought in 1991 and was professionally converted by BMW L&C Croydon to an Alpina in 1995 with no expense spared. I have all the receipts for the work done. The car was given an official plaque which is pictured below. The car had done 75000 miles upto 1995 and has done 77000 since the conversion.

Car Details:
This alpina was based on a E36 325i sport with M-Technic suspension upgrade and a Getrag 401 sport gearbox with limited slip differential. these models benefit from a full Alpina aero kit comprising of:
front apron, sill extentions, rear spoiler, rear bumper and brake cooling ducts. Interior benefited from sports leather seats, momo/Alpina steering wheel and gear knob along with the build plaque.
Performance enhancements included an ECU remap, big bore stainless steel exhaust system and twin Alpina cam shafts with Vanos rev limiter raise and regear. This car also has bilstein dampers.
All of this was fitted by Sytner Nottingham BMW from new with a comfirmation letter from them and cost a total of £6999.
The car is in excellent conditon apart from the tiny bit of rust just starting to bubble on 1 rear arch but it hasn't come through, it runs spot on and is very reliable and it has low milege for the year and is supported with full service history, its not long had new tyres and the wheel are original.
Inside it has full leather with heated seats, climate control with air conditioning and all works.

Car Details:
This one of 200 Alpina B2.5 coupes built. The car is finished in Graphite silver which is basically metallic grey. It has black leather interior which is in very good condition. The engine pumps out 225bhp which is due to the Alpina camshafts, Alpina ECU and Alpina manifolds. Another mod Alpina have done is their own stainless steel exaust system which sounds awesome. There is electric windows and electric sunroof inside and I have a file full of history for the car. The service book is full of main dealer stamps and I have the invoice from Alpina to BMW.
As the car is now 13 years old there is a few rust bubble on the drivers side front and rear wheel arches and the inside edge of the boot lid has got a few termites in but this is nothing a couple of hundred pounds wouldnt sort. The registration plate in the pics is not included.

Car Details:
This is a lovely car and comes with build certificate, full service history and current private registration number worth circa £800. Very low mileage for age, has been very well maintained and cared for and still drives like a dream. Alpina suspension and wheels mean it sticks to the road like glue and the engine pulls like a train and just keeps going and going. Alpina stainless exhaust gives it a lovely deep powerfull rumbling sound. Serviced regularly by BMW approved Specialist meaning the Engine is as sweet as it was when new and is 100% reliable.
17" original Alpina Alloys - 245/40's on the back 215/45's on the front all with good tread.
Toad alarm/immobiliser and Sony 10 CD changer hifi system.
I cannot tolerate blemishes or rust on my car so it has recently had almost the entire front end replaced (including new Alpina spoiler and all front lights) and the rear arches restored. New alternator, radiator and horn recently fitted also. Lovely condition externally. Only minor complaint is the wheels could do with a blast and paint but only because I'm a perfectionist.
Interior not leather so drivers seat cover has been replaced. Otherwise in excellent condition inside with Alpina Steering wheel and Gear knob. Comes with cusom made mats with steel heel pad on drivers side.
Very reluctant sale due to it being not so practical now with 3 small children /car seats /buggies etc.

I love this car and hate to sell it, but I am moving to the United States and cannot take the car with me. Exterior is in good shape, minor door dings on passenger side. Original Alpina Interior in good shape, only blemish is small hole worn through fabric on side of driver's seat. ***Just happened yesterday, the wire attached to the upper handle that folds the driver's seat forward disconnected, so now cannot use that handle to fold driver's seat forward, have to use handles at the bottom of the seat.

BMW Alpina B3 Switchtronic Dinan S2 Supercharger Full Bmw service history
This car is a genuine Alpina With all original Alpina parts plaque number 0205 It was built in Buchloe Germany and then shipped over that is how you know that this is a Real Alpina.
The Dinan S2 uses a Powerdyne Supercharger for this conversion. It has an internally belt driven centrifugal unit with sealed ceramic bearings which help to reduce internal losses. Naturally enough its wasn’t just a simple case of slapping on the supercharger as the ECU needed to be recalibrated aswell. In this case Birds found a couple of worn engine components which required replacement prior to the Dinan S2 kit being installed as Kevin Bird belives that if youre going to do a job like this then it needs to be spot on Cost £15,000. This brought the cars horse power up from 241 BHP to 342 BHP with 340lb ft of Torque. Once the power was up to M3 CSL Bashing Level, it became clear that the suspension needed updating This came in the form of a Full Hartge Suspension kit costing £5000.
At lows revs it sounds like a normal B3, although you can hear a gentle whine of the supercharger overlaying the straight-six’s normal soundtrack. Give it a few more beans though and the boosted unit really starts to pull hard. As the rev counter passes the 3500rpm mark it starts to pull much harder than any three-litre unit has the right to, and it passes 4000rpm marker it really takes off pushing you firmly back in your seat. This punch lasts all the way to 7000rpm-ish redline before you wait for the box to change up or down of its own accord or you swap to the next cog using the buttons on the back the steering wheel. The car has a F1 style Gear changes.
Im starting to get to grips with the car now and its speed is utterly addictive. This car feels so secure and stable at high speed that you don’t realise how fast youre going until you glance down at the speedo. The supercharger is whining away in the background but it isn’t to obtrusive, but it someshow gives an edge to the proceedings, as if its edging you on to ever more licence losing speeds.
